Regional Headquarters

The Co-operative Purchasing Group of Waterloo Region (CPGWR) was formed in 1978. Its focus is to maximize value for the taxpayer by working cooperatively throughout the Broader Public Sector (BPS) in order to promote efficiency and economy in the areas of purchasing and materials management through enhanced communication tools, process standardization and resource sharing. The CPGWR represents tax-supported institutions and agencies within the general proximity of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
